Quality
Quality management system of PF PLASTY CZ, Ltd., corresponds with required norms ISO 9001:2008 and ISO TS 16949:2009, which serve to assure the quality in the field of car industry. Company quality policy and aims are determined and focused on customers´ demands and expectations, required product quality and service. We also emphasize on reduction of negative environmental impact.
Company quality system is verified with internal process quality audit and the results are submitted to proper institutions. The top quality is assured with following steps:

Receiving check of materials
Tests are made on these measuring and testing equipments: FM 100 - a testing machine for determination of plastic resistance, CHARPY - an impact testing machine, VAMET VMP 201 - a discharged plastic gauge, Vicata - a thermal resistance measurement machine.

Receiving check of products
The measurement is made with common gauges (digital beam callipers, micrometers, diatests), digital altimeters, profilographs, microscopes (for tiny parts checking), XYZ 464 PC - SOMET - a 3D coordinates measuring machine with Topmes 3D software and Power Inspect software, which deals with comparison of general surfaces. A spectrophotometer ColorEye XTH is designated for colour shades measurement. We also make a triaxial measurement with test certificates.
During the projection and development we use following planning methods and quality assurance: APQP, PPAP, FMEA tool construction, FMEA process, MSA methods, control plans, including tool capability.
