Nowadays the company PF PLASTY CZ, Ltd. employs 410 own workers of various jobs (cutter workers, lathemen, workshop fitters, electronic mounters, machine setters, plastic workers, constructors, technology workers, cost clerks, production planners, buying and selling referents, accountants).
We offer to our employees a possibility to promote their qualifications in train schools and tutorials. They use their acquired experience in everyday working process. The company also organizes language courses for the employees and it financially participates on them.
What we offer to our employees?
- A supplement of 3 CZK for work in the afternoon and 11 CZK for night shifts,
- 25% supplement for work on Saturdays and Sundays and overtime work,
- CATERING IN THE AREA OF THE COMPANY WITH AN EMPLOYER'S CONTRIBUTION,
- 5 DAYS HOLIDAY in addition (in total 25 days per calendar year),
- CONTRIBUTION TO PENSION INSURANCE in the amount of CZK 500 (after the first year of work for the company),
- EXTRA BONUS for attendance of CZK 1,300 per month,
- Monthly PREMIUMS depending on achieved economic results of up to 30% wage,
- a half-year REMUNERATION depending on the company reached profit of 3.5% of the half-year vage.
