Thermoplastic bent products

All kinds of the thermoplastic con-struction and the reinforced materials except for PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and PFT (polytetra fluorethylene) are processed through blow moulding/ injection technologies. The plastic inject parts are produced at the weight of 0.5 to 2,500 g on injection presses ENGEL, Battenfeld, Krauss-Maffei, Feromatic, Arburg, CS, and KuASY whose locking force is 20 - 750 tons.

Finalization thermoplastic bent products

We offer services in the sphere of finalization of thermoplastic bent products. These are this operations: tooling, assembling, printing, welding, sticking and others.

Tooling

Tooling of pressings - on common machines such as typical finishing operation after injection of plastics.

Assembling

Assembling of products from plastics and non-plastics elements.

Welding

Welding of particular plastics elements by the help of ultrasonic welders. weld-quality test.

Printing

Printing on plastics is realized by the help of common technologies in conjunction with an external supplier.

Sticking

For sticking of methymetaacrylate plastics is used the PMMA mixture with dichlorineethane dissolvent. For sticking of styrene plastics are used styrenove mixtures with dissolvent - methylethylketone.

Recycling of plastics

We recycle the plastics waste (PE and PP foils) clearing inclusive (wet procedure), desiccation, crushing.
